Eligibility And Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining access and security of your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate account and billing information.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Use Of The Service

  • QuickR.one provides dynamic QR code generation, management, and analytics reporting.
  • You may create, edit, enable, or disable QR codes through your dashboard.
  • You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and must not use it for abuse, fraud, malware distribution, phishing, or other harmful activity.

Credits, Billing, And Refunds

  • Paid credits are prepaid usage units for instant redirects and are consumed according to product behavior.
  • When credits are depleted, active links continue to function through free-tier fallback behavior.
  • Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
  • Refund eligibility and limits follow the current policy shown in product materials and may be denied in cases of abuse or fraud.

Content And Acceptable Use

  • You are solely responsible for destinations and content linked through your QR codes.
  • You must not upload or link unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
  • We may remove content, disable codes, or suspend accounts that violate these terms or create platform risk.

Service Availability And Changes

  • We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
  • We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We may apply operational controls to protect security, integrity, and fair use.

Privacy

  • Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
  • By using the service, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and processing described there.
  • You are responsible for providing legally required privacy notices to end-users who scan your QR codes, including directing them to our Privacy Policy, and obtaining any consents required by applicable law before collecting or sharing personal data through the service.

Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

  • The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickR.one and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Total liability for claims related to the service is limited to amounts paid by you for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, security concerns, or legal requirements.
  • Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including payment, liability, and dispute-related provisions.
