What are dynamic QR codes?
Dynamic QR codes allow you to change the destination URL without creating a new QR code. This makes them perfect for marketing campaigns and printed materials.

How does the credits pricing work?
Purchase credit packs for instant redirects. Each scan on an active QR code uses 1 credit; when credits run out, links still work via the free tier countdown page.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your QR codes keep working. Visitors see a brief 5-second preview page before being redirected, so your links never break even with a zero credit balance.
What counts as a "scan" or redirect?
A scan that delivers an instant redirect on an active QR code consumes 1 credit. If you have no credits, the preview page is shown instead and no credit is used.
Can I track QR code scans?
Yes! All paid plans include analytics to help you track scan counts and usage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Can I customize my QR codes?
Absolutely! Customize colors, add logos, and create branded QR codes that match your business identity.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Our free plan includes 5 QR codes with basic analytics. Perfect for testing our service.
Do credits expire?
Credits never expire†—buy them when you need them and use them whenever you want.
Can I get a refund?
Full refunds are available within 14 days if no credits have been used. Partial refunds are available within 30 days for unused credits only; used credits are not refundable. Refunds reduce your balance immediately and may exclude non-refundable processing fees. We may limit refunds for repeated requests or suspected abuse.
